Your system is set up so *** backwards. Its ridiculous. I need my card number to talk to a customer service person but if Ive lost my card how do I talk to a customer service person because I dont know the card number by heart. All your customer service automated lines require your card number in order to get any kind of service and then I gotta do jumps and hoops and loops on this website in order to make a phone call.

I had my CFNA card since 1994. My balance is around $300 & per CFNA my pymnts are up to date. Last card use was 5/2023. Got my car worked on today & the charge under $130 would not go through. Credit machine would not accept my zip code or social security number. Called Cust Svc only to be referred to fraud dept., who said they were not able to access my account. Fraud referred me back to Cus Svc. I asked for superv and they could not verify my emaill address that I have had for a couple of decades. I said its an old AOL I don't even remember what that would be. They wanted to verify date of my pymnt, since I do not pay bills over the internet, I use money order or cash at service center. I could tell them it was paid this month, but since I sent it via mail I would have no date as to when they rec'd it. I was also told that I was sent a text msg last June. I told them I turned off my text long ago, so why didnt they send me a letter. I advised them that OR law states businesses can't text without our written permission. I was then transferred to higher up supervisor who actually cut the call off. I called again and was repeatedly told there is no Corporate telephone number, then she checked with her lead person who gave me a Corporate number. I called it & was on hold for 21 minutes & the call abruptly ended. I called back & live person answered, & she said this number is cust svc. I said then your head person lied to me. They refuse to give out Corporates number do we can address issues at the top instead of with peons who cut calls off or just plain lied to customers.

They closed my credit card account illegally because I disputed a charge from Firestone. An order from the president of Firestone was the reason provided by one agent. This action has damaged my credit and proven their dishonesty. I took a vehicle in for an inspection and requested that four tires be replaced. On the inspection report, we addressed almost everything and thought we could handle the smaller items ourselves, as we were primarily concerned with the major issues. There was no mention of a bad CV joint on the full inspection report we paid for, but when we drove the vehicle away from the store, there was a new clicking noise from the front end. I suspect sabotage because when we came to pay and pick up the car, I noticed that only two tires had been replaced. However, the manager tried to charge us for four tires. When I pointed this out and questioned whether he was trying to rip us off, he became aggressive. Following that incident, they did eventually replace the tires. The paperwork, which had been marked clearly for four tires but was misread as two. Yeah right! I contacted corporate during this interaction, and even the operator heard the manager raise his voice multiple times. The manager even encouraged a customer to argue with my brother and I. I have reached out to corporate numerous times to resolve this issue. Each time I call, I'm told the case is closed, yet nobody has spoken to me about it, except for the lady at intake who is surprised the matter has not been resolved. According to my credit card agreement, have the right to dispute charges and, if a resolution cannot be reached, the right to arbitration. They have denied me both by closing my account and ignoring my calls, preferring instead to damage my credit. How can one trust a company that operates so dishonestly? I urge consumers to be wary. I cannot believe this situation has escalated to this point without any attempt to contact me back. My messages to the office of the President have been completely ignored. Do not trust CFNA or Firestone.

I had a complete set of 4 new Bridgestone Turanza Quietrack tires installed on our 2018 Chevrolet Cruze on November 11, 2023 at the Antioch, CA Wheel Works Store (2024 A Street, Antioch, CA 94509-****) and had the charges put on our new Wheel Works Credit Card for which I completed the credit application at the store. Since the work involved was over $800, it qualified for CFNA Credit Card 6 months 0% financing. Despite closely monitoring the mail, we have not yet received either a bill nor the Wheel Works CFNA Credit Card. Due to this company snafu, I surmise that credit card interest charges and late charges are probably accruing. Because of this totally company caused problem, I request that any late charges be promptly reversed and that I receive the Wheel Works Credit Card and a paper bill as soon as possible. Not a legitimate company

I opened a Firestone credit card through CNFA for with a balance of approximately $283. I immediately went to CNFA website and set up automatic payments to draft each month to pay the balance off in the zero-interest promotion period Firestone offered. Something happened where only the 1st payment drafted; I was never contacted by CNFA alerting me that there was an issue, no letters were received, no phone calls, no voice mails, no emails. Yesterday, I finally got a letter from CFNA in regard to this matter, I immediately called them and spoke to a supervisor, Saidou Diallo, explaining the situation and that I would be more than willing to pay whatever balance was owed, I respectfully requested that late fees be waived, and any negative credit reporting be removed (this is currently reporting as 90 days delinquent). Saidou Diallo advised me we would not remove the late credit reporting, which is my primary concern, I asked for his supervisor, and he refused to transfer me to that person, leaving me no choice but to file a complaint. All I am asking is that I be allowed to pay the principal amount owed and have the negative credit reporting removed from my credit report. I feel the delinquency going on so far as to appear on my credit report would have been avoided if CFNA had just reached out to me and let me know something was wrong. I feel this practice of allowing a card balance to be charged fees and for consumers credit to be damaged without warning is unfair and unethical. I have had a perfect credit history my entire life and protect my credit rating no matter what, the moment I found out about this issue I was on the phone with CFNA, if they had just alerted me months ago that there was an issue this whole situation could have been avoided.

Fraudulent business practices

If I could leave 0 stars that would still be 10 stars too high. Ive had a card with Firestone since October 2016. Up until last year or so I never had any issues. First I made a large payment that never posted. This year they changed the ability to pay over the phone so I went in the store and paid in cash. CFNA claimed they never received the payment, so I ended up with a late fee that was eventually waived. To avoid this from happening again, I scheduled six payments in advance. However I still got calls from CFNA telling me they didnt get my payment. Just got off the phone with them a minute ago, and was told the scheduled payments were canceled back in August because I supposedly hung up while a representative went over terms and conditions. I eventually told the person on the other line Ill be paying in full to avoid this from happening again. My only fear is they might claim they never received payment and Im out $900. The FTC needs to investigate these fraudsters.

Fraudulent card use

I had opened a credit card with cfna. Used their payment site to schedule payments to pay off debt. Shortly after my card was paid off there was a fraudulent charge made on my card. It took forever to resolve. They claim it wasn't fraud. They said it was an error on their part. Sounds like fraud to me. They are now charging me interest on their fraudulent charge.

Credit First was not interested in hearing my issue. I was a card holder for many years.

Yet they did not hear me only wanted to keep the late charge - which is not what it was about. If you want people to send money to you then be timely with you posting - no way should it take 12 days to cash a check and then charge you late fees because they cannot keep up.No Bridgestone tire for me - after 20 years of buying them.

Canceled the card- cant work with them- Basically the card is awful. Never again. I had the Firestone card for years had no problem- thought I would give this a try due to buying new Bridgestones for the winter and Firestone is my auto mechanic. Cancel that *** order- going with Costco and new Michelins. Never, Ever- EVER -Ever -No repairs-oil changes. ZIPPO

You will never pay them off unless you pay your full balance. On my cc statement, it says it will take 9 years ---NINE YEARS-- to pay them off if I make min payments on my 1800 balance. I've paid close to what I borrowed and have been paying for a year and I still owe them over $1500 on an 1800 loan. Just DON'T DO IT. THEY SUCK.

HELP !!!!!!!! Military Help !!!

Dear Sir dear madam, I signed up for your card and I never got it. I want to pay off the bill before the beginning of November. I am now in Germany in the military and nobody can help me get in contact with CFNA and a credit card company. I never got the card and I've reported it lost, but I got no information back as I never got the card information. My American number is no longer valid as I am in the military in Germany. My home address is Edgar TOENNES, 18789 Malinche Loop, Springs Hills Florida, 34610. I do not want to destroy my credit score because of CFNA I would like to know how much I owe the card, the account number I need to pay off the debt and when in November the money is due Please respond by email as I am now in Germany in a military base Please help me Thanks, EDGAR

I had a tires plus card over 10yr ago. Paid it off and closed the acct. After it was paid off they kept reporting it as in default...HOW CAN YOU DEFAULT A ZERO BALANCE? Fast forward to 2020...I forget about the last incident and signed up for another card. Got approved. Used it...went to pay my bill and the acct showed a zero balance. I called to see what the issue was...my old acct is pulling up. I go to the location and pay my bill off. Here we are 2.5 yr later and I go to pay my bill...I know I owe, and the app tells me zero.i send an email to customer service notifying them of the issue. I waited for the response. Got my new mc cc, activated it. Went to use and it was declined. In the meantime I received a statement in the mail telling me that my credit limit was decreased, interest rate has been increased and my credit score has been lowered by this. NONE OF THIS IS OF MY FAILURE TO PAY...ITS BC EVEN AFTER 10YR THE SYSTEM HAS THE WRONG INFO. I CANNOT PAY A BILL WITH A ZERO BALANCE!! Why am I being penalized bc of incorrect acct info that I did not enter and cannot get changed? Even after I opened a new acct, set up user name and password...it even has my cat as my security photo...but it is still connecting to my old closed acct from almost a full decade ago!! Customer service is a joke...they keep saying...but you have a balance-no kidding, I NOTIFIED YALL OF THE INABILITY TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND AS SOON AS I DO I GET BOMBARDED WITH PENALTIES AND HARRASSING PHONE CALLS ABOUT MY BILL, I let the credit agent know real quick...I notified yall that I was unable to pay my bill, so of IM TELLING YOU IM UNABLE TO PAY-WHY ARE YOU PUNISHING ME AS IF IM DEFAULTED? can't use a debit to pay online, only by calling so they can charge an additional $4...I'm not paying anything over what I should have been charged and i damn sure won't be paying an additional $4 for anything. Shady and crooked company that has ruined my hard work to get my credit score up.

Tried half dozen times to get documentation showing the lowest possible minimum payment was set at $29.00 but half dozen phone calls and emails resulted in ZERO documentation. Request United States call center or call center supervisor and denied every time! Why is my information in Africa, Costa Rica, and the Philippians but not the USA???
